Unit 20, the final unit of this 120-hour course! It felt good to end with a presentation of common problems and situations along with solutions in teaching English. From the 'first lesson' to 'warmers' and 'different levels' the unit gave clear explanations. The 'large classes' and 'use of native language' sections were helpful as were the 'reluctant students' and 'difficulties with listening texts'. Thanks for this fine course, resources, and encouragement.
