As a teacher for many years I am very familiar with using content already created and creating it myself. I like to use a base line that has been tested, either by myself or another party, and go from there based on what the student’s levels are that will be in my class. It is also helpful to have several options/activities at the ready incase the class is ahead or behind where I though they would be. I am feeling more and more comfortable with the selection of flow for the ESA lesson plan.
