The use of a course book and basically any material that a teacher use in a class can either help your students to get motivated or feel reluctant to use them, so it is highly recomended to investigate and prepare every class with suitable materials, for example in my case, my students have a course book which I consider useful and adaptable for all levels, but it is also important for me to create new activities for them to practice and to get more envolve in the class.
