Unit 6 is dedicated to the grammar topic. It contains information about past tenses structures and their usages. Also, the unit reports on the most frequent mistakes and errors which students make while dealing with past tenses. I found this part of the unit the most useful because as the teacher is aware of the difficulties which students can possibly experience, he/she can prepare extra materials before. Moreover, unit 6 contains many useful ideas and technics you can implement while teaching past tenses.
