Unit 3 was absolutely overwhelming in terms of its helpfulness and informativity. I didn't know about ESA methodology. It helped me to organise my lesson plans better and I felt more confident in the classroom. I also found new correction techniques in this unit, and they are very very practical. I realized that i don't praise my students enough and interrupt them sometimes. Which is, of course, not very examplory of me as a teacher.
