This unit touched on the issue of classroom management. It taught me about being mindful of positioning students in ways that maximize student learning and interactions. Preventing discipline issues can greatly improve the classroom experience because it will keep the flow of the class going smoothly. Teachers must develop a great rapport with students as well as between students by being respectful and providing many opportunities for students to interact with all of the other students. The teacher should not dominate all of the time; there are times when the teacher can present a more relaxed environment for the students so that they feel more at ease.
