This unit is the final unit. It teaches us what could be the common problem and situations regarding a new teaching position and how to face them. For example, it is important to know in advance if the students know each other or if they are used to the EFL methodology. That way we can eventually understand how to create rapport with the students and what are their expectations of an english class. We are also taught how to deal with different levels of english in a classroom.
