The unit covered popular grammar points for the ESL environment. The unit made me appreciate the complexity of the grammatical structures and the grammar itself, and also made me consider ways to contextualize the essence of it rather than teaching structures. I also imagined, as best as I could, how intimidating it could be to learn these rules and then having to observe exceptions in almost all cases. The unit was quite informative.
