It was good to learn some potential problems I may face as a ESL teacher. I believe that establishing rapport and trust is one of the most important things that a teacher can do in any teaching situation. Starting off with the students knowing you have their best interest in your heart and you are really there to help them learn and get better at something is critical to allow them to be open to learning.
