This unit was very easy to understand and provides many good tips on maintaining control of the classroom while still creating a good environment for learning. I feel from my personal experience as a student that students being comfortable with the teacher and with each other is one of the most important factors in ensuring student success. If the students are having a good time, they are likely to participate more and get more out of the class. I learned several techniques from this unit to help create and maintain that kind of environment while still teaching effectively.
