The two videos in Unit 10 reveal the difference a teacher's mood and attitude can make in conducting a class. In the first video, the teacher made no effort to engage with students, and displayed impatience in his speech and manner. In the second video, he smiled at students and pointed at them when asking them questions, and made an effort to involve them in the lesson. This got students interested and enthusiastic.
