An overview of this unit shows the importance of Vocabulary, Grammar and its functions with Grammar said to be the tree trunk and branches of a language while Vocabulary and Functions are the leaves that add beauty and variety. I learnt that there is need for students to be exposed to new language, understand how its constructed and be able to practice and produce it. I also learnt how ESA method is used to introduce new language.
