Unit 18, the final grammar unit of this course presented, explained, and offered examples along with teaching ideas for modals, phrasal verbs and passive voice. The chart of modal auxiliary verbs showing uses, present/future and past tenses was an effective means to show this information. The passive voice section included explanations, examples and a chart as well. A few pages on relative clauses and phrasal verbs rounded it all out nicely. With the supplementary video, task sheet and test, this unit completed the grammar portion of the course quite well.
