This unit covered teaching vocabulary, grammar, and language functions. In it, I was able to learn how to gauge the easiness in teaching certain vocabulary, grammar, of language functions. For example with discerning the difficulty in a vocabulary lesson, the unit taught me to take similarities to students' language, similarity to English words already known, spelling, and appropriacy into consideration. In-depth explanations such as these help to better equip me in the TEFL setting.
