This last unit looks into the common problems that teachers are faced with and some of their solutions. Such include first lessons that has two groups , the new and existing group. In the new group they might not have met earlier but in the second they are familiar. In the first lesson the teacher must establish rapport , know about the students and find their language level.Activities to ensure such is met include questionnaire or even the pass ball game.
Other problems looked into include a class with different language levels , large classes . use of native language , learners with difficulty in listening and reluctant students.
