Overall the lesson gives a great insight of what makes a good teacher and how to be student-centered so that students can achieve progress in the classroom and in their future . It is important for teachers to be aware of what motivates their students, be open-minded about the student's different cultures and how different age groups learn differently. For me, I think it is very important to be able to distinguish between different levels of student's ability to speak English. Some students might be able to communicate better than others, therefore making it harder for some students to keep up. The lesson encourages teachers to be motivators and encourage their students to become better learners.
