This unit offers a great deal of useful information about classroom management. I have had a previous course on managing classes, but it wasn’t as clear and well detailed as presented in this unit. I have learned lots of new points related to building rapport with the students, eye-contact and gestures, and managing discipline. Concerning grouping and giving instructions, although I have had a similar training during the CELTA course, in this short unit, I think they are presented in a much more effective detailed way. I enjoyed reading it, refreshing my memory and learning new things.
