This unit described all the parts of speech in the English language. Their functions in sentences, different types and examples were given for each of them. It's important to know all the parts of speech and their special points before teaching the language because without understanding the grammar one cannot explain it to another. I learned all of it before when I was learning English myself, that's why I know there are much more exceptions and things to pay attention to. However it was a good summary that refreshed my memory.
