This unit is a very interesting and informative lesson for me. As someone who has been teaching PE, I saw teaching from the perspective of a language teacher. Though the techniques are far more detailed, the contents are supposed to be rich with a lot of opportunities for practice.
Learning about the ESA and its subcategories is an additional knowledge for me. I am glad to have learned about it. I think it would be very useful in considering the lesson plans that I will be doing in the near future.
