In this unit, I learned how to manage classes, give instrustions, and maintain disipline. This unit also gives some practical ways how to establish rapport and class spirit. It clearly explains how to prevent problem behaviour in class and how to respond to them. You should give same respect for your students and be more attentive to them. For a good class you need to create friendly and relaxed atmosphere in order to get students involved in the lesson and not to lose their attention.
