Managing classes is the first and most important thing inside the classroom. Anything that affects the classroom management will affect the effectivity of the teaching and learning system. It was refreshing to be reminded of the points that needed to be taken into consideration like the seating arrangements, manner of communicating using eyes, voice and gestures.
I particularly liked the advantages and disadvantages of TTT and STT. It reminded me of some things I need to adjust in the way I communicate with my students.
