This unit covers all the parts of managing a class. This unit gives very important points on how to keep your class awaken to the lesson and the things to avoid for the success of the class. It talks about how eye contact, gesture and the voice are important. I found it very important on how the teacher can group the students according to the space availability, the student's personalities and the Nationalities.
