This unit was an eye opener in terms of real concrete teaching observation. I was frustrated while watching the first lesson and I was amazed at how I could put exact reasons as to why. This was a good exercise to identify what not to do in class. The second lesson was a good exercise to have a critical even on lessons that are more effective. It was interesting to see the natural flow of a lesson and how the teacher helps move it along while maintaining a pace that the students can keep up with. Overall this unit allowed me to check effectively all that I have assimilated mid-course of the TEFL.
