This unit discussed the wide range of classroom materials on and off-line that a teacher should use. It depends on the material being covered, but technology such as smart boards or online visuals can make lessons more captivating and varied. Students are not there to only sit and listen but to interact and be engaged. Many of these materials have been and are currently used in my classes. I have always appreciated a teacher who uses them to enhance my learning experience. What it is boiled down to is visuals, whether on a piece of paper or shown on a projector, facilitates the language learning process.
