In this Unit, I was able to distinguish the difference between my company's teaching method vs the ESA or the modern TEFL teaching method of ESA. The best part was the breakdown of ESA. Hopefully from the 3Ps (Presentation, Practice, and Production) and a mix of the Army Method and Lexical Method. I would be able to switch to the ESA after finishing the entire TEFL course. The activities presented were quite fun too. It's no wonder that my teaching method is not as effective, since as the Unit stated that it's only effective for lower levels. Whereas the ESA with its flexibility can accommodate both low and high-level English language learners.
