In this unit you did some recapping of previous problems and introduced some new ones. The unit gave great ways in dealing with the problems that may arise. From dealing with new groups to dealing with listening comprehension. The unit discussed how important it is for the teacher to monitor, build rapport and be flexible. In my experience flexibility is definitely one of the top traits of a teacher, we have to know how to read the room and when an activity is just not working for the class. It’s always important to get to know your students, of course in some situations it’s difficult to get to know each student individually but whenever we can we should.
The unit was great because it gave excellent advice on how to manage and deal with the different obstacles.
