This has given me a lot of insight on how to conduct different types of test for my students.
One of the leading problems in my class as of today is the gap between the advanced learners and the intermediate and beginners. Now it is very hard for me to adjust the curriculum because it will be hard for me to make the lesson target a general crowd when it shouldn't.
The school neither conducted a placement or a diagnostic test prior to the application of my ESL program. So by the next semester, I would be able to conduct a placement and diagnostic test prior to starting my class for the next ESL program I will have.
