The unit laid out the different levels and kinds of learners. It talked about the different types of beginners, young learners and business clients. The unit also covered the problems that we can face with each group or each type of student and ways to address the problems or to fix them. It gave tips on classroom management and how important the teacher’s attitude and professionalism is. I am looking forward to the next part of my course young learners and business English. I would like to know more so that I can try these with my students.
