In unit 7 teaching new language was covered. It showed how we should take into consideration the level of the class, and the necessity of the language being taught. For example a beginner class will learn about food using pictures or realia while an advance class studying about food might be more cultural or talking more in depth about ingredients or nutrition.
We have to consider the teach ability of new language and how useful it will be to the students in using English.
