This unit was good solid information on what to expect as a teacher and what to expect or look for from the students. It helps to set the playing field of teaching (any subject really). When a teacher can define themselves through reflection and expectation; they can really be the best teacher. It also helps to know what type of student they will teach. That way they can better prepare for the lessons.
