I understand that a teachers attitude in class can have a profound effect on the outcome of a lesson. Negativity (as shown in the first lesson) can seem intimidating to students whereas a smile (as seen in the second lesson) gives an engaging, kindness that the student would want to participate. clear concise instructions need to be spoken slowly. A teacher needs to engage all the students either individually or as a group/class activity and stay focused on their students. i understand students should be encouraged to try and answer a question to the best of their ability and if unable to ask one of their peers instead of providing the answer straight away.
