In brief this unit dealt with teaching methods and mainly highlighted the most popular and effective method ESA - Engage Study and Activate. In this method there are a few ways to execute a lesson using this methodology.
The unit also focused on what should be done in each stage - for instance in the Engage stage we should focus more on speaking freely than on language structure. In this unit we got some excellent ideas for activities which can be used in any lesson with any target structure. Games can always be tweaked to match your lesson.
Finally when and how to correct students were discussed. This unit was especially appreciated and I already plan to use a few ideas in my next lesson.
