This unit helped me to understand the difference between receptive and productive skills. It also, explained that the receptive skills are reading and listening. These are activities that allows us to receive information. The unit also details how we read and listen, as well as explains some problems that students might face when they are reading or listening. I really like that the unit offers various ways to avoid the problems that can arise.
