This unit clearly shows that the teachers attitude at the beginning of the lesson have major influence on students participation in the lesson. First example indicate very important thing, which is willingness to help students to understand what they are about to learn. This was missing in the first part. The teacher was very rude and used gestures and words that were very confusing for students and discouraging at the same time.
