The video lesson was definitely a good idea. We had two different kinds of classes, one with the students participating greatly and one with students that were quiet. In ESL classes that’s the two most common situations. You have students that are so quiet that whatever you have written down on your lesson plan you might have to change it during class so that you can have more participation. I definitely love the video lessons it’s a great way to see how different teachers handle different kinds of students and different situations.
