The productive skill of writing is usually really easy for ESL students because in their countries they usually practice reading and writing. speaking and listening is harder because they don’t have any native speakers to practice speaking with. Currently, I’m living in Taiwan most of my students are very good at writing and they’re very good at reading, but when it comes to speaking they are horrible at speaking. this lesson has given me some really good ideas for encouraging the students to speak more and I appreciate it.
