The videos were a fascinating experience in terms of viewing what to do and what not to do when teaching and, having lived in Thailand for several years, were especially meaningful for me.
Having previously sat through tedious classes and workshops, it was easy for me to relate to the bad experience of the first video however, I was also reminded that standing in front of a class is not always easy. I believe that preparation, professionalism and compassion help ensure a successful experience for students. I usually tend to receive good feedback from my workshops but it was still helpful to watch a best practice class and pick up some tips and ideas.
