I have come to understand in this class that it is not only necessary to teach in theory, but also to have a sort of people skills, since, we indeed are working with people. It is important that we are conscious about our personality and the range of group's personalities we teach as well as of our subject knowledge. I have learned the teacher's role in a classroom and how we should use some or all of them in different times of the teaching. Also we should acknowledge the learner's diversity and focus on encouraging and fostering the attributes of each group. Finally I found the importance of being aware of the motivations of each group and make sure that no matter what motivated them to learn english, I can make the class enjoyable interesting and specially useful for them.
