This Unit 10 is based on the two Engage Study Activate demonstration Videos that was available by the video tab on the online training system.The first video there was no understanding between the teacher and the students. He initiated teaching instantly without any enrol phase which made the students to be dumbfound all through the lesson. Moreover, the second video was quite good because the teacher had a clear understanding with the students, his viewpoint was excellent and initiated the lesson by introducing himself and there was an enrol phrase also.
