The first lesson clearly demonstrates poor instruction skills. He's very rude and intimidating and he doesn't even give proper demonstration of the language point and he has a very poor rapport with the students. The second lesson shows more engaging students with more soft spoken friendly teacher. The language point is demonstrated well with lots of class participation. He gets to know everybody so that students feel more encouraged to participate and focus in the classroom.
