This unit turned out to be extremally helpful to my day-to-day teaching practice. The Unit presents and gives solutions to the most important and frequent issues with class rapport and monitoring students. Especially when it comes to dealing with problematic students. I always think how problem ones can influence the overall discipline in a class, but after studying the material I built up more confidence in dealing with that issue.
