Successful troubleshooting is the key to a great class management, different problems need different solutions. In my humble opinion patience is a must for a good teacher. Different levels and reluctance can be moderated with a pair/group work. Difficulties with listening texts comprehension can be overcome with dissent pre-teaching. Large classes is not a problem, in fact it just takes teaching methods different from small groups.
