This unit went over various helpful ways to help manage classrooms. There are many variables within the class and lesson that will dictate how each class is managed. It seems that being consistent but keeping a good balance between teacher talk time and student talk time helps keep interest and the students invested in the class. I also learned that keeping a good rapport with the students helps, and was given a variety of ways to do this and to avoid things that may reduce rapport with the students.
