This is the last unit of the course and it talks about different problematic situations we could encounter during class. One that we have been talking frequently is the use of native language, especially if the course we are teaching is in their native country. Other difficulties may arise when having large classes, or students from different levels. The unit also talks about how to approach the first lesson, whether you are teaching an existing group or a new group.
