unit1, i have studied educators minds and theory, what makes good teacher and student. the teacher’s personality, relationship with their students. the teachers need to more care of them and could be a kind of the roles(manager, organiser, assessor, prompter, participant, tutor, facilitator, model, observer).
we have to see the students some factors(age,experience, motivation, nervousness, language awareness, behaviour problems, life experience, culture and mother language, language level, motivation)
