This unit focused on present tenses, and the nuances that the present tense form presents. This is extremely important because one needs to define and understand the different types of tenses that exist in the English language in order to help a student understand the subtleties that the present tense form presents. As with many of these units, I am aware of these subtleties but have not pondered them since my time in high school.
