Unit 19 presents different special groups of students that an ESL teacher will likely come across with at some point (like young learners or business oriented learners). Besides a description and characteristics for each of them, the unit offers a rich collection of tips, technics and methodologies adapted to each special group that could assist the teacher in the task of improving their learning experience.
I found this unit particularly useful, as practical tips are always welcomed and this unit has a particularly extended list of them for a wide variety of situations.
