Each teaching situation comes with its own unique challenges and a teacher must be prepared to face them and come up with creative and workable solutions to provide a positive, effective learning environment for all students. Taking time to learn students’ abilities, needs and interests and letting them get to know you as the teacher is crucial in establishing a good tone for the class and will save time and frustration for both the teacher and students later.
