It's a little intimidating to think about all of the different teaching situations one can find their self in.
I always thought that one teaching way would work in general for all categories. Of course, I assumed you would have to change up how you present it, but more or less I thought you could follow the same structure. But I know now that it's completely determined by what the students in the class need.
Reading this lesson, I believe that some skills will just have to come with practice. Personally, I feel like teaching children or teaching a business group would be the most challenging. The needs and levels can be so varied that it seems difficult to make sure everyone is getting something out of the lesson. Where as teaching one on one you can completely cater to one individual while being aware of their specific wants and needs. I really liked the idea of printing out an analysis sheet for students to fill out so the teacher can get a clear idea of their goals.
