Management, contains a lot of methods and techniques of successful teaching. Now I am able to recognize the reasons of the behavior problems that my friend is complaining about with his third grade class!!! I can picture the situation. I learned to be more effective I’m my class, although I am using some of these techniques, but I learned a lot about class arrangements and learned more about eye contact. Every unit gives me more knowledge about teaching ESOL. But when it comes to the test, it is confusing.
